FAQ

Frequently asked questions about building a website

Answers to the questions clients ask most often before starting a project: cost, timeline, the process, design and copy, managing the website, SEO and advertising.

Cost

5 questions

  • A landing page starts from €800 and a multi-page website from €1500. The final price depends on the number of pages and the features you need. After discussing your project, we agree on the scope of work and fix the price before development starts.

  • On the number of unique pages, the complexity of the design and the features you need: a catalogue, forms, online payments or CRM integrations. The more pages and custom solutions, the more time the project takes.

  • The price is fixed before the project starts, together with the scope of work. It only changes if you decide to add new pages or features — such changes are discussed and agreed separately.

  • The domain, hosting and paid third-party services are paid separately. Before we start, I’ll tell you which of them your website actually needs.

  • Yes. I’ll prepare a free design concept of the first screen of your website so you can see my approach before we start working together. All you need to do is fill in a short brief.

Timeline and process

5 questions

  • A small landing page takes from 10 working days after the brief is agreed and the materials are received. For a multi-page website, the timeline is set individually: it depends on the scope, the complexity of the features and how quickly each stage is approved.

  • Yes. I work remotely with businesses across Europe and beyond — in Germany, Czechia, Poland, Greece, the Netherlands, the US and elsewhere. We communicate in English via your preferred messenger or email, and every stage is agreed online.

  • The work goes in stages: brief, technical specification, wireframe and copy, design concept, design of all pages, development and responsive adaptation, technical setup and SEO, launch and handover. You approve the result of each stage, and only then do we move on.

  • Tell me about your business, your clients and the goal of the website. If you have a logo, photos, a website or social media, send them along with examples you like. Ready-made copy isn’t required: I’ll help you put your offer into words and prepare the structure based on what you tell me about your business.

  • Yes, you approve the result at every stage and can ask for changes before we move on. New features and major changes to stages that have already been approved are discussed separately.

Design and copy

4 questions

  • I write the copy based on information about your business, clients and competitors. Structure and copy are part of the work, so you don’t need to provide ready-made content.

  • Yes. Most visitors come from smartphones, so I plan the mobile version as carefully as the desktop one: easy navigation, readable text and clearly visible request buttons.

  • Yes. You can order the design separately if you have your own developer or plan to build the website later. You’ll get Figma mockups for desktop and mobile with a design system, and if you wish, I can also handle development based on them.

  • Yes. A complete redesign is a new website in place of the old one: I analyse what’s holding back sales, rebuild the structure, rewrite the copy, create the design and develop the website from scratch. The old website keeps working until the new one is completely ready.

Development and website management

4 questions

  • Yes, if your website includes an admin panel. You’ll be able to change texts, photos, prices and other agreed content without a developer. Before launch, I record a detailed video guide using your own website. New features or design changes are discussed separately.

  • A landing page suits a single offer and advertising. A multi-page website is the choice if you have several services and want clients from Google search. A corporate website presents a company in detail, and a business card website is a compact option for an independent professional or a small business. If you’re not sure, I’ll help you decide during a consultation.

  • A landing page presents one offer on one page and leads to one action — the best choice for advertising and a quick launch. A multi-page website has separate pages for each service and is better suited to promotion in Google search.

  • I combine design expertise with the power of AI, but I remain responsible for the result: before launch, I check the code, buttons and forms, loading speed and how the website looks on different screens myself.

SEO and advertising

4 questions

  • Yes, once indexed, the website can appear in Google search. I prepare the pages for indexing and set up basic SEO. Rankings and traffic also depend on competition, content quality and further promotion. Launching a website alone doesn’t guarantee top positions in search.

  • No, if the transition is prepared properly. I keep the pages that bring traffic, set up redirects from old addresses to new ones and carry over important copy and metadata. Small fluctuations in the first weeks are possible, but a well-planned structure lays the foundation for growth.

  • Yes. I design the structure around your advertising offer, set up lead forms and connect analytics so you can see where your clients come from. Setting up the ad campaigns themselves is discussed separately.

  • I can’t guarantee a specific percentage of visitors who will send a request: it depends on your offer, prices, competition and who comes to the website. On my side, I design the structure, copy and forms so that people can easily understand your advantages and contact you. After launch, analytics helps evaluate the results and decide what to improve.
